It was built in the 1800s and is reputed to have been a one time hideout for Cole Younger, who ran with the Jesse James gang in the mid 1800s. Melvin's Cabin would make an ideal room addition, bar, man-cave, art studio or home office. $65,000 + shipping (replacement material included). This barn is located in southern Indiana and must be moved from the site as the land is not for sale.
