Melvin's Cabin

Southern indiana history

Melvin's Cabin is a 24x24 small barn with 8x14 hand hewn beams. It was built in the 1800s and is reputed to have been a one time hideout for Cole Younger, who ran with the Jesse James gang in the mid 1800s. Melvin's Cabin would make an ideal room addition, bar, man-cave, art studio or home office. $65,000 + shipping (replacement material included). This barn is located in southern Indiana and must be moved from the site as the land is not for sale.

This barn is now sold and has moved to it's forever home.
